Officials

Luke Davis, Mayor

My Family and I have called Fremont Hills home since 2009. What a beautiful place to live conveniently located to all area attractions. My wife Heather and I have three beautiful kids who are very active and keep us busy all the time! Heather and I have owned and operated two retail businesses here in the area and we both have a passion for retail.

Currently serving as Mayor, I’ve served 3 terms as a Ward 2 Council Member and President of the Board. Fremont Hills is a great place to live and play. The city council and all those involved with the city, work hard to keep Fremont Hills an attractive city that is both fiscally sound and appealing to those who live here and those that desire to live here. We are very proud to call Fremont Hills home!

Susan Wilson, Alderwoman Ward 1

I feel so blessed to live in our beautiful, friendly city! Jim and I bought our home on Oakmont Drive in 2007. We had planned to “flip it” but fell in love with our neighborhood and decided to make it our home. I am a Colorado native, married in 1972, and have three children. When our children were all in school, I felt the Lord prompting me to go to nursing school. I graduated with an associate’s degree in nursing in 1987. I worked in a Colorado Springs emergency room
for ten years.

In 1989 my best friend and I decided to join the army reserves. In 1990 I was going to school full time for my BSN, working full-time, and raising three children when my reserve unit was mobilized in support of Desert Storm. While in Germany for four months, I realized that the
most important thing to me, after God, is my family. I received my MSN/family nurse practitioner degree from Regis University in Denver in 2000.

After working in a rural Nebraska community for two years, I took a job in 2002 as an urgent
care provider in Springfield. In 2003 I was diagnosed with an aggressive type of breast cancer.
Praise the Lord for holding me up through chemo and surgeries! Recovery was just in time to
accompany my reserve unit to Landstuhl Army Regional Medical Center in Germany in 2005,
returning home a year later.

In 2007, I voluntarily mobilized to Fort Leonard Wood Medical Center for four years, working in
various clinics and the emergency room. I retired from the reserves in 2011 after 22 years. I
then worked as an NP in various clinics until I retired in 2022.
Thank you for electing me to serve our city. I will strive to do my best!

Jon McKinney, Alderman Ward 2

My family and I have lived in Fremont Hills since 2016. We greatly enjoy the community and appreciate the wonderful friends we have made in just a few short years. Fremont Hills is a special place and worthy of investing time and resources into.

I am a graduate of Missouri State University (2004). In my professional life, I am the owner of GLS Insurance Group PLLC (Grow. Lead. Serve), as well as, a real estate investment company Master Planned Properties LLC.

My primary role within each company is leading professional team development, teaching, and investing in the professional growth of others which is something I am
tremendously grateful for.

Our family is active in Ozark schools, local sports programs, and we attend LifePoint
church. In our spare time, you can typically find us attending a youth sporting event for
one of our four children, traveling down to the lake, or firing up the Big Green Egg with
our Fremont Hills friends.

Randy West, Alderman Ward 3

20130307_183335

I’ve been a resident of the City of Fremont Hills since June 2012. I grew up in the area, but spent nearly 20 years away, following my career. My wife and I had always planned on returning when the opportunity was available and we are very happy to have made our home in Fremont Hills. In the years following my graduation from Missouri State, I worked at a couple different engineering companies in Springfield.  I was soon packing up and moving to Evansville, IN for a short time, before eventually making my way to Cincinnati, where I spent 16 years.  It’s there where I started work at Anthem, Inc.  In all, I’ve had over 22 years of experience in I.T., ranging from network design, implementation, administration, and project/vendor management.I’ve spent years as a distance runner, an amateur astronomer, and member of a local home brew club.  My family and I enjoy backpacking, golfing, water sports, and really anything active and outdoors.

Matt Madura, Alderman Ward 3

I was raised in the Ozarks and call this portion of the world home. I reside in the Cassidy Addition of Fremont Hills with my wife, Brianne, our three girls – Madison, Emma, and Chloe – and our two dogs, Bacon and Charlie.  I own an American Family Insurance Agency in Springfield.  Rooted in our community, I serve as an Alderman, driven by a simple yet profound mission: to faithfully serve my fellow citizens of Fremont Hills, diligently steward our city’s fiscal decisions, and safeguard the cherished lifestyles and properties of our residents. When I’m not protecting dreams, I enjoy the outdoors and all it has to offer, specifically fishing of all sorts, many types of hunting, and anything boating and water-related. As a family, we enjoy traveling, playing pickleball, taking the dogs to the river, going on trips with neighbors and friends, hanging out on the lake and dock, and playing card games with friends and family. We also enjoy attending our children’s sporting events, including basketball, cross country, golf, and tennis. I couldn’t imagine myself anywhere but the Ozarks.

As an Alderman my mission is simple, serve my fellow Fremont Hills citizens in any capacity that I may be called on, be a responsible steward of our cities fiscal decisions, and protect and maintain the lifestyles and property of Fremont Hills residents.

Kay O’Neill, Deputy Clerk

My family and I have been residents of Fremont Hills since we built our home in 2012 when we moved from the frozen tundra of Wisconsin to the much warmer climate of Missouri. Needless to say, we remain loyal Packers’ fans! Our daughters keep us very busy with sports and other activities. We enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, and running/walking. We enjoy living in this beautiful city; it is such a great community with so many friendly people.

I have 20 years of experience working as an administrative assistant for Georgia-Pacific. After moving to Missouri, I worked for CoxHealth for six years in an administrative capacity. I’m a proud supporter of The Boys and Girls Clubs of Springfield and Heart of the Ozarks SERTOMA, which are charities that provide healthy learning environments for youth within our communities.

I am excited to be working in such a wonderful community and look forward to meeting the
residents of the City of Fremont Hills!
